Andy brings 20 years of investment management expertise to his role as partner at Chicago Global, a Singapore-based investment firm. He leads the investment solutions division of the firm, which designs and plans comprehensive investment and wealth management strategies for family offices. In his current role, Andy directs investment management activities, taking responsibility for investment research, portfolio construction, fund management and investment governance. He specializes in identifying new investment opportunities and developing tailored strategies that align with clients' unique objectives, ensuring a balanced approach to wealth preservation and growth. His distinguished career includes managing a portfolio of financial investments at a global family office with dual headquarters in Geneva and Washington D.C., along with several senior positions at regional and global investment firms. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Monash University and an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.

Joshua is the founder of Messrs Joshua & Associates, established in 2014. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of the West of England (UWE), Bristol, and is an advocate and solicitor in Malaysia. In his decade-long legal career, Joshua has advised over 3,000 clients on estate administration, offering both legal and practical solutions. He has also conducted seminars on probate, family law, and business law across Peninsular Malaysia. Joshua’s extensive legal expertise is a key resource for clients in estate planning and administration.

Catherine is an HR professional with over 18 years of experience spanning HR generalist roles, rewards and performance, organizational development, and employee engagement. Her career includes serving as Head of Group HR where she implemented HR strategies, conducted salary benchmarking, and enhanced employee retention and performance. Catherine now leverages her experience to support family offices, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and governance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Catherine is also an accredited trainer with HRD Corp Malaysia and a Certified Consultant on Trait-Map OD Tools on talent assessment.
